Shaolin Soccer provides digital gaming services and related products, including:

• in-game characters and digital items
• optional NFT minting/export functionality
• physical merchandise (via shaolin.toys)

Digital characters purchased through the Service initially exist as in-game items associated with your account. Certain characters may be eligible for optional NFT export.

We accept payments in cryptocurrency.

• Each transaction is a direct purchase of goods or services
• Payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law
• We may generate unique payment addresses for individual orders

These addresses are controlled by us and are used solely to receive payment.

We do not:

• provide user wallets
• hold funds on behalf of users
• maintain user balances

We do not sell cryptocurrency.

If you purchase cryptocurrency through third-party providers such as MoonPay or Changelly, you do so under their terms and policies.

We are not responsible for:

• payment processing
• identity verification (KYC)
• transaction approval or rejection
• exchange rates or fees

NFT functionality is optional.

• Digital characters may be exported as NFTs upon user request
• NFTs are minted only after you provide an external wallet address
• We do not store NFTs on behalf of users

Until exported, characters remain in-game digital items.

We do not provide custodial services.

• We do not create wallets for users
• We do not store private keys for users
• We do not hold crypto assets on behalf of users

All payments are treated as completed purchases, not deposits.

You agree to:

• use the Service lawfully
• provide accurate information
• not engage in fraud or abuse

You are responsible for:

• your external wallet
• private keys and recovery phrases
• verifying transaction details before sending funds

For purchases made via shaolin.toys:

• shipping times and delivery depend on location
• additional terms may apply
• customs or import duties are the responsibility of the user

We do not provide financial or investment advice.

Digital assets and NFTs may have no value and involve risk.

The Service is provided "as is".

We are not liable for:

• blockchain network issues
• third-party provider failures
• incorrect wallet addresses
• transaction delays or failures

We may update these Terms at any time.
