We operate the website https://shaolin.toys (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Shaolin Toys is an independent premium designer toy brand. Through the Service we offer:

• premium physical collectible art figures (pre-orders and sales),
• a unique authentication code embedded into the sole of each figure, serving as a Certificate of Authenticity,
• the Digital Companion — an interactive, skill-based entertainment experience unlocked by verifying your figure in our Standalone Mobile App or Telegram bot.

Digital features are provided for entertainment and engagement purposes only. They carry no monetary value and do not constitute a financial product or service.

Orders are placed through the checkout on the Service. During the presale phase, orders may be reserved with deferred payment (“Pay later”) — we will contact you to confirm details and arrange payment before fulfillment.

• Each transaction is a direct purchase of goods or services.
• Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
• Payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or by our return policy.
• Prices are shown at checkout and may be updated for future orders at any time.

You agree to:

• use the Service lawfully,
• provide accurate contact and shipping information,
• not engage in fraud or abuse of the Service.

You are responsible for verifying your order details (items, quantities, shipping address) before submitting an order.

For purchases made via shaolin.toys:

• shipping times and delivery depend on your location,
• customs or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer,
• figures are collector-grade art objects rated 14+ and are not children's toys,
• product images are illustrative; minor design changes that do not affect functionality or quality may occur.

• Each figure's sole-embedded authentication code is unique and bound to the figure.
• Activation requires a smartphone with a camera and an active internet connection.
• The Digital Companion is a skill-based progression experience (train, level up, customize) with no financial rewards.
• Digital features cannot be exchanged for money and do not represent an investment, security, or financial instrument.

All content of the Service — figure designs, character artwork, logos, photography, text, and UI — is the exclusive intellectual property of Shaolin Toys or its licensors. See our Legal Disclaimer for the full intellectual property notice.

The Service is provided “as is”.

We are not liable for:

• failures or downtime of third-party services (payment providers, app stores, carriers, internet providers),
• hardware or software incompatibility on the user's side,
• delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or customs,
• indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page; material changes take effect upon publication.
