Shaolin Toys is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any film studio or film franchise, any martial arts organization or temple, any sports federation or governing body, any sports league, club, or national team, any sports apparel or equipment brand, any video game publisher or developer, or any real athlete, celebrity, or public figure.

The use of the term “Shaolin” is a cultural reference to martial arts heritage and philosophy. It does not indicate origin, sponsorship, or official endorsement by any third-party organization.

All Shaolin Toys characters are original archetypes and independent works of Transformative Art, conceptually inspired by the cultural impact and visual language of global sport.

Our figures are not realistic likenesses, portraits, or replicas of any real person, living or deceased. Color schemes, poses, and stylistic elements are used strictly as cultural references and artistic interpretation. Any resemblance to real persons, teams, or franchises is coincidental and interpretive.

Drop 1 “The Global Squad” consists of 11 original archetypes. All character names, designs, and associated artwork are the exclusive intellectual property of Shaolin Toys.

Shaolin Toys figures are collectible art objects intended for adult collectors aged 14 and older. They are not children's toys and are not subject to mandatory children's product certification. Compliance documentation from accredited bodies is available upon request.

Each figure carries a unique secure authentication code embedded directly into the sole. This code serves as a Certificate of Authenticity and provides access to the Digital Companion feature within our Standalone Mobile App and Telegram bot.

The Digital Companion is an interactive, skill-based progression experience (train, level up, customize). All digital features are provided for entertainment and engagement purposes only and carry no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and do not constitute a financial service.

All content on shaolin.toys — including figure designs, character artwork, logos, photography, 3D models, text, and UI — is the exclusive intellectual property of Shaolin Toys or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and design laws.

Third-party trademarks and brand names referenced on this page belong to their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of identification and to clarify the absence of any affiliation.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Shaolin Toys intellectual property is prohibited without prior written permission.

Shaolin Toys guarantees that the physical figure and its authentication code meet the stated specifications at the time of purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shaolin Toys shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or digital features.

QR code activation requires a smartphone with a camera and an active internet connection. Shaolin Toys is not liable for hardware or software incompatibility on the user's side, nor for downtime, changes, or failures of third-party services (app stores, payment processors, carriers, internet providers).
