Half the world behind him, one pair of gloves
Guardian of the goal. A veteran who has stood between the posts his whole life: experience over fuss, save after save. He never shouts at his defenders — one look from him lines them up. The calmest man on the pitch in the hottest moment of the match.
A remote, quiet province where life moves slowly and children play right by the water's edge. He chose the goalkeeper's life as a boy and remained devoted to it forever.
